Luncheons will be held at the Langley Officer's Club. Check-in begins at 11:15am. Program starts approximately at noon. Individual Reservations can be made with Mr. Sam Moore. Please indicate menu choice (Club Sandwich or Chef Salad) with your reservation. Corporate Table Sponsorships/Reservations can be made through Mr. Charlie Smith

Please consider Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) Tidewater Chapter Luncheon Corporate Table Sponsorship for 2010
There are 2 options:
1. Pay one-time annual cost - $1400.00 - Cost includes 10 monthly luncheons ($140 each - discounted as part of an annual fee) for Calendar Year 2009 (January - December, excluding June and August). Cost does not include any fees for the June event (Transformation Warfare) and chapter does not have a luncheon in August. Annual Corporate Sponsors receive privileged table placement.
2. Pay event cost - $150.00 each luncheon.
Sponsorship includes: a table of 9 attendees at the Langley Air Force Base Officer's Club: up to 5 from your company & 4 guests (arranged by the Chapter). If your company is a new corporate sponsor, we will need a soft copy of your company logo so that we can make a table sign.
Payment(s) can be made by cash, credit card (Master Card or Visa only), or check. Checks are made payable to "AFCEA - Tidewater Chapter". Payments can be made at the luncheon event check-in table or can be sent to: AFCEA - Tidewater Chapter, P.O. Box 65337, Langley AFB, Virginia 23665-0337.
For each luncheon, corporate attendees names and their menu selections must be sent to Charlie Smith, charles.smith@sptrm.com, our Chapter Large Industry Representative.
