AFCEA Tidewater

BGen Howe leads ACC's base and expeditionary combat support activities for civil engineering, security forces and contracting. He also oversees the command's Acquisition Management and Integration Center. General Howe's area of responsibility includes 22 wings, 13 bases and more than 300 operating locations worldwide. He is responsible for organizing, training, equipping, and preparing combat-ready Airmen for combatant commanders, and he manages ACC installations and ranges to deliver critical combat assets and a wide spectrum of quality-of-life projects.
