This letter is to solicit your support for this local charitable endeavor. Your support can be in the form of goods, merchandise, and/or gift certificates/coupons for distribution as door prizes. Individual hole sponsorships are also available for donors who would like to advertise their business/enterprise on a large sign at both tournaments displayed next to the tee box of the sponsored hole. The donation for hole and specialty sponsorships is $500. The par three holes are also assigned “Hole in One Sponsors” for $500 each. Specialty sponsors for longest drive (men & women) and closest to the pin are also available for $500 each. Beverage cart sponsorship is available this year as well. To ensure maximum exposure, we will have two shifts of golf on 15 May and one shift on 25 Jun 09 with a total of 360 golfers. This is a great venue to market your company as our tournament has grown to the largest golf tournament conducted annually at the Eaglewood Golf Course. All supporting agencies will be displayed on all tournament literature and displayed on the Tidewater AFCEA website.
Additionally, Platinum ($2000), Gold ($1500) and Silver ($750) Monetary Sponsorships are available for sponsors again this year. These sponsors will receive special recognition on a banner at both tournaments and will be presented a plaque to recognize their sponsorship during the dinner and awards ceremony on 25 June 2009. Platinum and Gold sponsors also receive tournament & green fees for 4 people for both tournaments, along with the free dinner and free range balls for 4 golfers.
Tidewater AFCEA Chapter is a private organization and is not part of the Department of Defense (DOD) or any of its components. Your participation in our Golf Tournament does not constitute a sponsorship or donation to DOD, United States Air Force (USAF), or Langley Air Force Base (LAFB) activities.
